After 25 years in Human Resources in Bordeaux, Richard decided to change his surroundings and start growing mushrooms in a natural environment, in a former limestone quarry in Paussac and Saint Vivien. Richard sells direct from the farm, at markets and to restaurateurs, and also hosts group visits and substrate-making workshops on site.

Sales at markets in Saint Astier on Thursdays, Ribérac on Fridays, Périgueux on Saturdays and Sorges on Sundays.
