Richard has been producing mushrooms in Paussac for 2 years, after deciding to leave his job and his life in Bordeaux. He now grows, processes and cooks his products, selling them at markets, in shops, to restaurants and direct from the quarry. You can discover and enjoy oyster mushrooms and shiitakes, as well as Lion’s mane, eryngi and shimeji. Richard also offers a catering service using his own mushrooms, and welcomes you to visit the quarry to get a closer look at the mystery of mushrooms.
