After working for the family for around ten years, Delphine and Fabien decided to make their life a reality by taking over a beef and sheep farm outside the family in the commune of Parcoul. They rear hardy ewes and suckler cows: Limousin and Black Angus.
Aware of the environmental challenges ahead, they have decided to convert their farm to organic farming.
