Le Cognac de Saint-Aulaye en Périgord

Saint-Aulaye, located in the Cognac AOC since its creation in 1909, has communal vines, planted with the colombard grape variety. The fruit of a partnership since 2015 with Maison Camus, Cognac de Saint-Aulaye en Périgord, which ages in the cellars of the Château-Hôtel de ville is being marketed for the 1st time and is joining the circle of AOCs in Périgord. The 2nd cuvée of Cognac de St-Aulaye went on sale in April 2021.
