It’s a homecoming for Jeremy, the chef, and Adélaïde, the waiter. After spending his childhood in Gabon, Jeremy arrives in the southern Charente. As for Adélaïde, she is a child of the village. Our chef offers refined cuisine made with fresh seasonal produce. Each dish is a feast for the eyes, and we don’t just want to fill our customers’ tummies, we want to move them, in other words, we want something to happen inside them! Please bear with us, the chef is alone in the kitchen (outside the summer season), but he will do everything he can to reduce your wait. After all, you’re here to have a good time, not to rush through your meal! We want you to feel at home, without having to do the washing up – we’ll take care of that! Jeremy will take care of your palate and Adélaïde will serve you, with a smile of course.
