Introduction to linocut or woodcut printing – 6-hour course

An introductory and experimental workshop on printmaking: relief engraving on linoleum and/or wood.

An introduction to the technique and its specific features. Viewing of prints. You will then develop your initial ideas and projects, create your engraved plates (linoleum or wood), apply ink, and carry out test prints and full prints in one or more colours.

All necessary materials are provided.

Full-day workshop (6 hours): 10.00–13.00 / 14.00–17.00.
