An Introduction to Glass Painting – 6-hour course

An introductory workshop exploring and experimenting with reverse glass painting. This technique involves painting directly onto the back of the glass.

– An introduction to the technique of reverse glass painting, its possibilities and its distinctive features. Viewing of ‘souwere’ from Senegal and other works mounted under glass.

– Creating small-scale under-glass paintings, given the time and precision required by this technique.

All necessary materials are provided.
