🐑Lesmoutons de Fernand à Saint-Sulpice de Roumagnac
On her father’s land, Eve has created a farm in her own image: authentic and full of life. Her Hampshire Down ewes graze freely between the walnut trees, whose fruit she harvests to produce homemade oils and sweets such as caramelised kernels. Today, she shares the fruits of her labour through lamb parcels and made-to-measure hampers, prepared with care and passion.

After 25 years in Human Resources, Richard swapped the offices of Bordeaux for the coolness of an old quarry in Paussac-Saint-Vivien to grow oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and, very recently, Shimeji! These little-known mushrooms are a real treat for the taste buds!
