Created in 1987 by Patrick Marty, the fish farm was the restaurant’s first supplier, with salmon trout cooked with garden sorrel fondue. The cuisine remains traditional, with superb Périgord produce: foie gras, duck breast, confit, walnuts, ceps, truffles and strawberries supplied by our small local producers. French gastronomy, Périgourdine gastronomy, we put the accent on the quality of the products for the pleasure of your palate. Patrick Marty offers you his expertise and his recipes, rich in flavour and colour, in an idyllic setting.
