Farmhouse surrounded by fenced wooded grounds set in the countryside in a hamlet of three houses. The village of Montagrier is 1km5 away. Close to mountain bike trails and the river.

The house is located in a hamlet of a few houses which is part of a lively village.

In the village there is a Boulangerie Artisanale and a Restaurant.

A 5-minute drive away are an intermarché, a butcher, a bank, a shop selling regional produce, a chemist, etc.

Every Friday evening in summer, there is the Montagrillades (music group + various meals to choose from) in the village.

Mountain bike centre for the more sporty, numerous hiking trails.
