Antoine’s casseroles

Antoine offers you free-range eggs from hens reared in portable huts and fed on cereal crushed from cereals that he grows or buys from neighbouring farmers. The hens are reared on a 6-hectare run, 3 of which are planted with walnut trees, ideal for providing the hens with good shade in summer, but also for fertilising the walnut trees naturally. So he also sells walnuts. He also transforms the hens on the farm into rillettes in duck fat or pig fat, hen confits in duck fat and confit gizzards.

The farm is also home to a number of local producers.
